Establishes and executes project expectations in governance frameworks and contracts with partners, subcontractors, firms, vendors, and consultants to ensure all functional areas are engaged on each PPP.
Oversees strategic approach to knowledge generation, communication and transfer from P4 and PPPs to key stakeholder target audiences, including CDC, OGAC, the private sector, host country governments, and other stakeholders. Develops, monitors and measures communications and knowledge management tools and platforms.

Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
Role and Technical Experience
Support program team and partners to refine and execute the overall project Performance Monitoring Plan. Oversees rollout of monitoring and evaluation activities in order to measure, capture, and document PPP contributions toward accomplishing PEPFAR goals. Advise and provide technical support to PPP evaluation efforts. Manage real-time results reporting and lead adaptive management to ensure program quality assurance. Provide daily management and administration to PPP projects focusing on strategic information and mHealth interventions.

Coordinates overall program and administrative oversight for the program and subawardees.
