OPHELIA MCMURRAY, RN

Position

Program Director | Principal

Role and Technical Experience

Provides overall technical and administrative management and oversight for the project. Provides the strategic vision and direction to guide P4 operations. Manages financial, programmatic, monitoring, and reporting to ensure compliance with USG regulations, including HHS/CDC and OGAC policies and award requirements. Leads the project team in delivering an efficient and innovative approach to managing PPPs.

VANCE WHITFIELD

Position

Senior Project Manager & Communications Manager

Role

Oversees daily management and administration of program PPPs, subcontractors, resource firms, vendors, and consultants, and ensure all activities are on track for each PPP through the project life cycle. Establishes and executes project expectations in governance frameworks and contracts with partners, subcontractors, firms, vendors, and consultants to ensure all functional areas are engaged on each PPP.

Oversees strategic approach to knowledge generation, communication and transfer from P4 and PPPs to key stakeholder target audiences, including CDC, OGAC, the private sector, host country governments, and other stakeholders. Develops, monitors and measures communications and knowledge management tools and platforms.

VALERIYA BIRYUKOVA

Position

Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

Role and Technical Experience

Support program team and partners to refine and execute the overall project Performance Monitoring Plan. Oversees rollout of monitoring and evaluation activities in order to measure, capture, and document PPP contributions toward accomplishing PEPFAR goals. Advise and provide technical support to PPP evaluation efforts. Manage real-time results reporting and lead adaptive management to ensure program quality assurance. Provide daily management and administration to PPP projects focusing on strategic information and mHealth interventions.

MOHAMMED DERIYE

Position

Financial Specialist

Role and Technical Experience

Responsible for PPP reporting, database management and deliverable and activity tracking. Coordinate partner progress report and process and tracks expenditures and invoices. Supports the internal subaward progress report review process. Assist in the organization and implementation of program activities. Process and track subaward and vendor invoices. Coordinates overall program and administrative oversight for the program and subawardees.
